There is never interest in a rent to own transaction.  They rent you pay for a washer and dryer or a couch all goes to the ownership of the products.  In most rent to own transactions, after the same as cash period ends a portion of the rent will go to rental services.  Those will include the no obligation component of the transaction but mostly the service that is 100% included in the deal.  Rent to own companies service what you rent from them the entire time you rent.  If you rent to own that washer and dryer, they will repair it or replace it in most instances.  It is a worry free transaction for sure.
