Tires.  Most rent to own dealers are now offering a great way to own new tires.  They have partnered with local installers and can get tires on your car in as little as 48 hours.  Tires are such an unwanted large expense.  You can pay for them over time and pay off in a year or less.  Some rent to own operators have programs that cover road hazard and even reimburse for a tow if you rent tires from them.  All the brand-name tires are available at most dealers renting tires. Brands like Kenda, Yokohama, Nexen and Goodyear.
